1. Scope of application

These terms of use govern the use of the online platform die-immobilien.com (hereinafter referred to as 'platform'). by using the platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

die-immobilien.com provides online tools for property listings, search and enquiries. A listing or enquiry does not itself conclude a sale, lease or booking. The relevant users are responsible for their listing information and any agreement they make. This description does not determine whether a particular activity is regulated under local law.

3. User registration and accounts

To use certain features of the platform, users must register an account. users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. users must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of their account.

4. User obligations

Users agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information in listings and contact forms.
Not publish misleading, fraudulent or illegal content.
Not use automated systems to scrape, copy or misuse content from the platform.
Respect the intellectual property rights of the platform and other users.
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or its systems.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Listings and content

All listings published on the platform are the responsibility of the respective user. die-immobilien.com reserves the right to remove listings that violate these terms without prior notice. users grant die-immobilien.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute their listings on the platform.

6. Fees and payments

During the current launch phase, memberships, listings, enquiries and boosts are offered without charge; no checkout or payment is collected through the current free service. No lead fee or monthly lead invoice is charged in this phase. Any future paid feature must be presented with its price and applicable terms before the user affirmatively orders it. No automatic paid subscription will begin solely because a promotion ends.

7. Lead generation and inquiries

When a visitor submits an enquiry, the information they enter is sent to the contact shown for the listing so that contact can respond. Submitting an enquiry is not consent to unrelated marketing. The platform does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or legitimacy of every listing; users should verify details independently.

8. Prohibited activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Posting listings for properties that do not exist or that the user does not have authority to represent.
Using the platform for spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities.
Interfering with the operation of the platform or its security features.
Collecting or harvesting user data without consent.
Impersonating any person or entity.

9. Liability limitation

Die-immobilien.com is not liable for the accuracy of listing content, the availability of properties, or the outcome of any transaction between users. use of the platform is at the user's own risk. to the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Intellectual property

All content, design, logos and code of die-immobilien.com are protected by copyright. reproduction or use without prior written consent is prohibited. users retain ownership of their listings but grant the platform the rights necessary to display and distribute them.

11. Account suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend accounts for breaches of these terms, subject to applicable law. to request account closure or exercise privacy rights, contact info@die-immobilien.com. Account closure does not automatically erase every listing, enquiry, message, log, backup or record that may be retained under applicable law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Where required, we will notify users and obtain any acceptance required before the changed terms apply. Continued browsing alone is not treated as acceptance of a new paid service.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country. The operator and local dispute-resolution information must be confirmed for each market; do not rely on the visitor’s selected country as a complete choice-of-law or jurisdiction analysis.

14. Complaints and dispute resolution

The European Commission’s former online dispute-resolution platform is no longer available. Contact support@die-immobilien.com with a complaint. Any legally required information about a competent alternative dispute-resolution body will be provided for the relevant country and contract.
